Nature and extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/improvements

Philosophy of Academic Affairs & Improvement

The focal point of our educational institute is “student” therefore all the activities are directed towards all round development of students, further every activity is evaluated through suitable mechanism which will express the result in terms of curricular and academic development of students on professional horizon. FCP is an organization engaged in ‘Human Processing’ catering the need of professional education by academic development and training through academicians & professionals of competence. Thus the involvement of faculty members at each and every step is imperial and indispensable.

The respective students Incharge along with the teachers establish rapport with students through formal meeting and informal talk, on the basis of which the type of facilities required is included further subsequent in the annual calendar of events.


II. Guardian Teacher
Each teacher is allotted about 10 students to collect feedback from students and extend suitable support through 1:1 interaction

III. Faculty Meeting
The faculty meetings are conducted at least twice a month. Every activity has to pass through conceptual, planning, implementation and improvement stage. At each of the stages teachers play pivotal role for its fruitful results. Principal chairs for all the meetings.

IV. Industry interaction:
Frequent guest lectures by professionals working in reputed institutions, Pharmaceutical Industry and Research Establishments are arranged to enlighten our students regarding recent advances in the field of Pharmacy.
 

 


Students Counseling
Communication skill, Language, Group discussion, writing skill, technical writing, and current concepts in academics and social items and value added modules which are implemented for the students through the internal and external faculties and experts.
 

 

 

Co-curricular activities
Regularly every year sports and cultural competitions are conducted for all the students with inter class and inter college competitions of RMET. We conduct two functions every year compulsorily as "Fresher's Day" and "Annual Day" to keep the students busy with the co-curricular activities apart from the academic activities.
 

 


Placements
Reputed pharmaceutical companies have visited to our institute and conducted campus interviews. Many of our students have been selected to these companies as Medical Representatives, Production chemists, Product Executives etc.
